Step by Step Guidance

We will walk with you on this journey starting before you are even indicted. If appropriate we will help you locate a lawyer who will fit your individual goals whether that is to go to trial, Cooperate or Plead Guilty. In certain jurisdictions we have outstanding lawyers we work with that we would recommend. In other jurisdictions we will help interview the attorney to make sure they will represent you in the manner that is needed for your specific case.

If you have already been indicted and engaged an attorney we will help you prepare for your Pre Sentence Report (PSR) Interview. This is The Single Most Important Interview of your life. You might ask yourself if you have an attorney why would you need a consultant to prepare for this interview? Although we ourselves hired outstanding attorneys their specialty is in the specifics of law not in understanding what all of the relevant stake holders will do with your PSR. They look at your PSR from a strictly legal perspective where we look at it from a holistic view of how the US Probation Department and the BOP will view it. Your PSR is the first thing the Judge, Prosecutors, Probation Officers and Case Managers who hold a great deal of control over your life will read.

The next step will be preparing for your sentencing hearing. We will strategize with you on who are the best people to write character reference letters for you. We will then strategize with you on what is the right number of letters to include and who those should be from. We will then interview these people and help them write letters that will best describe you to the courts. In some situations we may create videos to submit to the court from some of these people as well.

Finally we will help prepare you for Sentencing day. We will strategize with you on what is the best way to do your sentencing allocution.
